Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 July 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
Bokable is a product of Destination AS. The agreement is made with Destination AS, which is the service provider.
- Company: Destination AS
- Organisation number: 921 817 320 (NO 921 817 320 MVA)
- Registered in: the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret)
- Address: Malurtveien 8, 1369 Stabekk, Norway
- Email: [email protected]
2. Acceptance of terms
By using Bokable you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, you may not use the service. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
3. The service is for businesses
Bokable is sold to businesses — hotels, cabins, campsites, hostels and other accommodation providers. It is not directed at consumers, and a subscription is not a consumer purchase. The Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven), which gives consumers a 14-day right of withdrawal, therefore does not apply to this subscription.
If you nevertheless enter the agreement as a consumer, mandatory rules of Norwegian consumer law take precedence over these terms to the extent they give you better rights.
4. Description of the service
Bokable is a cloud-based booking and property management platform for accommodation providers. It covers property management, a booking engine, channel management, payment processing and guest communication tools, among other things.
5. Account responsibility
You are responsible for:
- keeping your login credentials confidential
- all activity that takes place on your account
- the accuracy of the information you give us
- complying with the laws and regulations that apply to your own business
6. Prices, tax and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as you choose. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Norwegian VAT is added at the applicable rate, currently 25 %, where it is payable.
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time. For annual plans cancelled within the first 30 days, the unused portion is refunded pro rata. We give at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect for you, and you may cancel before it does.
7. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you put into Bokable. We do not sell it. If you close your account, your data can be exported for 30 days, after which it is securely deleted. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy and on the GDPR page.
8. Service level
We target 99.9 % uptime. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance. Enterprise plans include a formal service level agreement with defined remedies.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss, including lost profits.
This limitation does not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence, or to any other liability that cannot be disclaimed or limited by agreement under Norwegian law. Nothing in these terms shall be read as restricting such liability.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement. We may suspend an account for material breach — non-payment, or use in breach of these terms — after giving you reasonable notice and an opportunity to put it right, unless the breach is serious enough that immediate suspension is necessary.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Changes that matter to you are announced at least 30 days before they take effect. If you disagree with a change, you may cancel before it applies.
12. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes not settled amicably are brought before Oslo District Court as the agreed venue. If you are a consumer, you may always bring proceedings before the court of your own home jurisdiction.
